All chips, daily bonuses, bankruptcy refills, and cosmetic items (such as card designs or avatar frames) are strictly virtual property. They hold zero real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or physical goods, and do not constitute a personal wallet asset. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency at our sole discretion without liability.
Local businesses submitting ad creatives via our public '/sponsor' gateway are entirely responsible for ensuring their materials do not violate copyright, trademark, or local advertising laws. Administrative approval of an ad is at our sole discretion. Once payment is authorized, ad placements are active for the exact duration purchased and are non-refundable.
To preserve a fun environment, collusion between players, multi-accounting to dump chips, utilizing unauthorized third-party automated bots, or exploiting system bugs is strictly prohibited. Violating our fair play guidelines will result in an immediate administrative ban, termination of active table socket connections, and permanent forfeiture of all virtual chip balances.
PurrPoker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for accidental network drops, server disconnections, interrupted tournament hands, lost virtual chips, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued play or use of the application following any changes constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
