To manage your account, secure your virtual wallet, and maintain your gameplay sessions, we collect the following data:

• Authentication Data: Your email address and login credentials provided via direct sign-up or third-party OAuth providers (Google and Apple).
• Player Profile Data: Your chosen Player Name and your uploaded profile picture/avatar.
• Advertiser Data: For businesses applying as sponsors, we securely collect business names, contact details, tax info, website URLs, and ad media files.

We utilize local browser storage (localStorage) to store casual operational data (such as remembering if you are a returning visitor to bypass the marketing landing page). To comply with advertiser target scopes, the application reads your browser's local timezone configuration as a safe proxy to determine whether to serve localized or national sponsor ads. We do not track or store your precise real-time GPS coordinates.

All financial transactions for ad sponsorships are processed securely through Stripe. PurrPoker does not store, see, or transmit credit card numbers or sensitive banking details on our servers. Stripe manages this data securely in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

Your personal information is used exclusively to verify your identity, display your avatar at live tables, manage your persistent chip balance, and generate real-time advertiser metrics (views and clicks). We have a strict zero-spam policy: we do not sell, trade, rent, or distribute your email address or personal data to outside marketing corporations.

In compliance with international data privacy standards, you maintain full control over your data. You can initiate a permanent "Delete Account" command directly inside your Profile Settings menu at any time. Executing this command permanently purges your email, player name, uploaded avatar, and transaction history from our active database.
